*Indian Buddhist Mahasabha Celebrates Mahila Mukti Day* Mumbai - On December 25, 1927, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar burnt Manusmriti, which inhumane treatment of all women and untouchables, every year Mahila Mukti Day is celebrated this year. 95th Mahila Mukti Day on Sunday 25 December 2022 on behalf of the Central Women's Division of The Buddhist Society of India (Indian Buddhist Mahasabha). It was held at Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhawan, Gokuldas Pasta Road, Dadar (East), Mumbai. It was inaugurated by the Trustee of the Institute and International Secretary Ayushman Captain Pravin Nikhade. Pravin Nikhade said in the opening speech that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar should be respected because the untouchable caste has been given respect, so we should tell the women of other communities about the work of Babasaheb Ambedkar.
