कार्यकर्ता शिबिर संपन्न Worker camp completed

दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया  उत्तर प्रदेश पश्चिम राज्य शाखा के  मुरादाबाद मंडळ में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता शिबिर संपन्न हुआ|

 तारीख 11 फरवरी, 2023  को डॉ. अंबेडकर सामुदायिक भवन, आंबेडकर नगर, दिल्ली रोड, मुरादाबाद  के सभागार में मुरादाबाद मंडल एवं मंडल में सामिल संभल, मुरादाबाद, अमरोहा, रामपुर, बिजनौर जिला शाखओ के पदाधिकारियोंका  एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर संपन्न हुआ|

  प्रशिक्षण शिविर में शाखा मुरादाबाद मंडल, जिला शाखा मुरादाबाद, बिजनौर, रामपुर, अमरोहा , संभल एवं बुलंद शहर के भारी संख्या में कार्यकर्ता शामिल हुए।

  तथागत बुद्ध एवं डॉ आंबेडकर की प्रतिमाओं के समक्ष पुष्पांजली एवं मोमबत्ती जलाकर शिविर का उदघाटन प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आद राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने किया।

 कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता मंडल उपाध्यक्ष श्रद्धेय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने की तथा संचालन प्रदेश महासचिव आदरणीय राकेश मोहन भारती ने किया। 

पूज्य भंते अक्षदीप, भंते संघबोधी, भंते संघरतन, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदरणीय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध, प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी सदस्य आदरणीय रामसिंह बौद्ध, मंडल अध्यक्ष आदरणीय मामराज सिंह बौद्ध, मंडल उपाध्यक्ष राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध आदि अतिथियों को मंचासीन किया गया। 

भंते अक्षदीप ने तीन शरण पांच सील ग्रहण करवाए। मंचाशीन पूज्य भंते संघ, समस्त अतिथिगणों का स्वागत  सम्मान, सभी कार्यकर्ताओं के परिचय, मंडल शाखा एवं समस्त जिला शाखाओं की समीक्षा के साथ ही शिविर का मंगलारंभ हुआ। 

केंद्रीय शिक्षक तथा प्रदेश महासचिव आदरणीय राकेश मोहन भारती  ने संस्था के उद्देश्य एवं लक्ष्य और दूसरे सत्र में 24 प्रकार के शिविरों के बारे में विस्तृत  मार्गदर्शन किया।

केंद्रीय शिक्षक तथा मुरादाबाद मंडल अध्यक्ष आदरणीय मामराज सिंह बौद्ध ने पदाधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारियां एवं कर्तव्य इस विषय पर मार्गदर्शन किया।

 केंद्रीय शिक्षक तथा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदरणीय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने दो सत्र में संस्था की सदस्यता, शाखा की निर्मिती, संस्था की रचना, कार्यकाल, कामकाज के दिन, कार्यकर्ता कैसा हो?, कार्यालयीन कामकाज एवं संस्था की स्टेशनरी, आदि विषयों पर कार्यकर्ताओं को विस्तार रूप से मार्गदर्शन किया । 

  प्रशिक्षण में उक्त विषयों पर कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रथम वार बारीकी से जानकारी प्राप्त होने के बाद मनोगत में विद्वान् वक्ताओं ने एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्त्ता प्रषिक्षण शिविर की भूरि भूरि प्रशंसा की और  मुरादाबाद मंडल में शामिल समस्त जिलों में ऐसे ही शिविर आयोजित करने की महती आवश्यकता बताई।

प्रशिक्षण शिबिर के बाद समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न हुई| समीक्षा बैठक मे प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने प्रदेश महासचिव आद राकेश मोहन भारती से विचार विमर्ष कर मंडल उपाध्यक्ष श्रद्धेय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध  को मंडल अध्यक्ष एवं श्रद्धेय कमल गौतम को रामपुर का जिलाध्यक्ष घोषित किया | साथ ही निवर्तमान मंडल अध्यक्ष आद मामराज सिंह बौद्ध को प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी का सदस्य नामित किया। 

मंडल अध्यक्ष एवं जिला अध्यक्ष रामपुर से शेष कार्यकारिणी पूर्ण कर अति शीघ्र प्रदेश कार्यालय को भेजने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया। 

 शिविर में जिला संभल के भारी संख्या में कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया तथा उनके अनुरोध पर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने भविष्य में अपनी उपस्थिति में संभल एवं बुलंदशहर में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्त्ता प्रषिक्षण शिविर आयोजित करवाने और उसी पर अवसर जिला शाखा के पुर्नगठन का आश्वाशन दिया। 

 प्रशिक्षण शिविर के आशा एवं उम्मीद से ज्यादा सफल होने पर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष द्वारा आयोजक प्रदेश महासचिव आदरणीय राकेश मोहन कुमार भारती एवं मंडल उपाध्यक्ष राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध का आभार व्यक्त किया |

The Buddhist Society of India Uttar Pradesh West State Branch concluded a one-day worker's camp in Moradabad Mandal.

On February 11, 2023, a one-day workers' training camp was held for the office bearers of Moradabad circle and samil Sambhal, Moradabad, Amroha, Rampur, Bijnor district branches in the auditorium of Dr. Ambedkar Community Building, Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi Road, Moradabad.

A large number of workers from Branch Moradabad Mandal, District Branch Moradabad, Bijnor, Rampur, Amroha, Sambhal and Buland cities participated in the training camp.

State President respected Rajveer Singh Boudh inaugurated the camp by lighting a wreath and candle in front of the statues of Tathagat Buddha and Dr. Ambedkar.

The program was presided over by Mandal Vice President respected Rajveer Singh Boudh and coordinated by state general secretary respected Rakesh Mohan Bharti.

Respected Bhante Akshdeep, Bhante Sanghbodhi, Bhante Sangharatan, State President respected Rajveer Singh Buddhist, State Executive Member respected Ramsingh Buddhist, Mandal President respected Mamraj Singh Buddhist, Mandal Vice President Rajveer Singh Buddhist etc. guests were staged.

 Pujya Bhante Akashdeep gave Trisaran Panchsheel.The camp was inaugurated with Manchasheen Pujya Bhante Sangh, welcoming of all the guests, introduction of all the workers, review of Mandal branch and all district branches.

Central Teacher and State General Secretary respected Rakesh Mohan Bharti gave detailed guidance about the purpose and goal of the organization and 24 types of camps in the second session.

Respected Mamraj Singh Boudh, Central Teacher and President of Moradabad Circle, guided on the subject of responsibilities and duties of the office bearers.

Central Teacher and State President respected Rajveer Singh Boudh, in two sessions, gave detailed instructions to the workers on the membership of the organization, creation of the branch, composition of the organization, tenure, working days, how are the workers?, office work and stationery of the organization, etc. Guided by

After the workers received detailed information on the above subjects in the training for the first time, learned speakers praised the one-day worker training camp and told about the great need to organize such camps in all the districts included in Moradabad division.

The review meeting concluded after the training camp. In the review meeting, the State President, after discussing with the State General Secretary Ad Rakesh Mohan Bharti, declared Mandal Vice President Reverend Rajveer Singh Boudh as Mandal President and Reverend Kamal Gautam as District President of Rampur. Along with this, the outgoing Mandal President Aad Mamraj Singh Boudh was nominated as a member of the State Executive.

Mandal President and District President Rampur were directed to complete the remaining executive committee and send it to the state office very soon.

A large number of workers from district Sambhal participated in the camp and on their request, the state president assured to organize one-day workers' training camps in Sambhal and Bulandshahr in future in his presence and to reconstitute the district branch on the same occasion.

The state president expressed gratitude to the organizer state general secretary respected Rakesh Mohan Kumar Bharti and divisional vice president Rajveer Singh Boudh for the success of the training camp beyond expectation and expectation.
