मुंबई -देशांमध्ये संविधानाचे राज्य नाही ,देश बदलण्याची गोष्टी केल्या जातात जो देशद्रोहाचा गुन्हा असून सुद्धा राज्यकर्ते कानाडोळा करत आहेत .त्यामुळे धर्मांध शक्ती वाढत आहे .हिंदुराष्ट्र बनविण्याची भाषा केली जाते हे खुलेआम चॅलेंज गेल्या 9 वर्षांपासून चालू आहे. त्याच्यावर कोणीही बोलत नाही . त्यावर बोलणे हे विरोधी पक्षाचे काम आहे.  मात्र विरोधी पक्षही बोलत नाही. त्याला ईडी ची ,संपत्ती जप्त होईल याची भीती आहे .लोकशाहीचा चवथा स्तंभ असलेला मिडिया ही काही बोलू शकत नाही कारण प्रत्येक मालक खरेदी करण्यात आले आहे . ही परिस्थिती का निर्माण झाली आली आहे याचा विचार करणे गरजेचे आहे.आज देशात संविधानाचे पिलर असुरक्षित केले जात आहेत. संविधानाने ज्यांना कामे दिली आहेत ते काम करू शकत नाहीत कारण एका बाजूने सरकारी दबाव व दुसऱ्या बाजूला भीती अशी परिस्थिती आज देशात निर्माण झाली आहे.असे प्रतिपादन डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे नातू डॉ. भीमराव यशवंत आंबेडकर (दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडियाचे  ट्रस्टी /राष्ट्रीय कार्याध्यक्ष व समता सैनिक दलाचे  राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष )यांनी भय्यासाहेब तथा यशवंतराव आंबेडकर यांच्या 46 व्या स्मृती दिनानिमित्त डॉ .आंबेडकर भवन दादर येथे दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया च्या मुंबई प्रदेश शाखेच्या वतीने आयोजित केलेल्या कार्यक्रमात जातीय धर्मांधता आणि राजकीय परिस्थिती या विषयावर बोलताना केले. 

डॉ. भीमराव यशवंत आंबेडकर पुढे असे  म्हणाले की ,जी २० साठी आलेल्या परदेशी राष्ट्राध्यक्ष /पंतप्रधान /प्रतिनिधींना मिडिया च्या समोर बोलू दिले गेले नाही. अमेरिकेचे अध्यक्ष जो बायडेन यांनी व्हियेतनाम येथे  गेल्यावर भारतातील परिस्थितीवर तेथील मीडिया समोर  असे सांगितले की, भारतात मानवाधिकार व मायनॉरिटी सुरक्षित नाहीत .

तसेच डॉक्टर भीमराव यशवंत आंबेडकर  यांनी आपल्या भाषणात पुढे असेही सांगितले की, आम्हाला घाबरवण्यासाठी असे सांगितले गेले की, धर्मांतर केले तर तुमच्यावर केसेस करू. परंतु त्याला आम्ही घाबरलो नाही. आम्ही धम्म दिक्षा चे कार्यक्रम सुरूच ठेवले. आम्ही २२ प्रतिज्ञा देऊन धर्मांतराचे कार्यक्रम घेऊन धम्म दिक्षा देत आहोत.

   देशात जनगणना होत नाही. याविषयावर आवाज उठवला पाहिजे.

सुप्रीम कोर्टाचे अधिकार काढून घेण्यासाठी संसदेत कायदे केले जात आहेत.

संविधानिक अधिकार   टिकवून ठेवण्यासाठी ओबीसी समाजाला सोबत घेऊन  लढाई लढावी लागेल असे आवाहन डॉ आंबेडकर यांनी केले.

 प्रमुख वक्ते  प्राचार्य वाय .के. ठोंबरे यांनी भय्यासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या अनेक आठवणी सांगून त्यांनी चैत्यभूमी व दीक्षाभूमी ची जागा  व पंचायत समितीचा  सभागृह आणि कफ परेड चा डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचा पुतळा इत्यादी कसे केले याची माहिती सांगून डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर हे यूनिव्हर्सिटी ऑफ नॉलेज असल्याचे सांगितले.तसेच बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी सांगितल्याप्रमाणे जनतेने  आता मालका सारखे वागा, ,मजूर असल्या  सारखे  वागू नका असे सांगितले.

तसेच स्वतः साठीच काम करताय समाजासाठी सुद्धा काम करा असे रिपब्लिकन नेत्यांना आवाहन केले.

कॅप्टन प्रविण निखाडे (ट्रस्टी व आंतराष्ट्रीय सचिव ) यांनी भय्यासाहेब यांना अभिवादन करताना असे सांगितले की ,बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या नंतर भय्यासाहेब यांनी धम्म संस्था संपूर्ण देशभर घेऊन गेले.  त्यांनी आंतरराष्ट्रीय परिषदेतही प्रतिनिधित्व केले. असल्याचे सांगितले. त्यांचे सुपुत्र डॉ. भीमराव यशवंत आंबेडकर हे देशात व विदेशातही दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया घेऊन चालले आहेत .

एस .के. भंडारे (राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष व स्टाफ ऑफिसर /समता सैनिक दल ) यांनी भय्यासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची चैत्यभूमीची  व दिक्षा भूमीची जागा दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ला मिळवून दिली , चैत्यभूमी उभारणीसाठी त्यावेळचे  एन. एम. कांबळे आणि इतर दोन जणांच्या नावे  स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया मध्ये लोकांनी लाईन लाऊन पैसे जमा केले त्याचे काहीही उपयोग केला गेला नाही . पैसा अजून तसाच पडून आहे असे समजते. परंतु त्याबाबत  कोणतीही कारवाई झाली नाही .

मात्र भय्यासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी महू ते चैत्यभूमी अशी भीम ज्योत काढून लोकांच्या पैशातून आजची चैत्यभूमी उभारली आहे. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या महापरिनिर्वाणानंतर   झालेल्या  निवडणुकीत भय्यासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी राखीव जागेवर निवडणूक लढविण्यास नकार दिला .त्यामुळे जी. के. माने खासदार झाले  व एवढेच काय त्यांचा मुलगा आनंदराज आंबेकर यांच्या आई-आई-टी प्रवेशाचे वेळी आम्ही बुद्धिस्ट असल्याने मागासवर्गीयांचे प्रमाणपत्र देणार नाही असे सांगितले .तसेच त्यांनी डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची सामाजिक, धार्मिक व राजकीय क्रांती पुढे नेली . त्यामुळे  भय्यासाहेब आंबेडकर हे केवळ रक्ताचे वारसदार नसून खरे  विचारांचे वारसदार आहेत असे सांगितले. भंडारे पुढे असे म्हणाले की ,जशी भय्यासाहेब यांनी डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची सामाजिक , धार्मिक व राजकीय चळवळ पुढे नेली त्या प्रमाणेच त्यांचे नातू श्रध्येय अँड . प्रकाश तथा बाळासाहेब आंबेडकर व डॉ. भीमराव यशवंत आंबेडकर यांनी  ती  पुढे  घेऊन जात आहेत.

त्यासाठी प्रसंगी रस्त्यावर येऊन आंदोलन करावी लागतील त्यासाठी तयार राहावे.

या वेळी भंते बी संघपाल महाथेरो (राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष व भिक्खू संघ प्रमुख ) यांनी आशिर्वाद दिला आणि    जगदीश गवई (राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष),रागिणीताई पवार (केंद्रीय महिला विभाग उपप्रमुख  ) यांनी आदरांजली वाहिली  होते.

यावेळी सुषमाताई पवार(राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष ), बी .एच. गायकवाड (राष्ट्रीय सचिव ),ऍड .एस. एस. वानखडे( राष्ट्रीय सचिव व केंद्रीय प्रशिक्षण विभाग प्रमुख ) ,बी. एम .कांबळे (राष्ट्रीय सचिव ) राजेश पवार (राष्ट्रीय सचिव), भिकाजी कांबळे (महाराष्ट्र राज्य अध्यक्ष) , भारतीताई शिराळ (केंद्रीय महिला विभाग सचिव  ,वैशालीताई अहिरे (मुंबई प्रदेश महिला अध्यक्ष ) इत्यादी प्रमुख उपस्थित होते.

 सकाळी आदरणीय महा उपासिका मिराताई आंबेडकर व आंबेडकर परिवाराने  चैत्यभूमी येथे जाऊन भय्यासाहेब यांना आदरांजली वाहिली. 

समता सैनिक दलाचे डी .एम .आचार्य ,प्रदिप कांबळे  यांनी मुंबई प्रदेश बटालियन च्या वतीने संचालन केले.

MUMBAI - There is no rule of constitution in countries, things are done to change the country which is a crime of treason but the rulers are turning a blind eye. Due to this, fanatical power is increasing. The open challenge of making Hindu Rashtra is going on for the last 9 years. No one talks about him. It is the job of the opposition to talk about it. But the opposition party is not talking. He fears that ED's assets will be confiscated. Media, the fourth pillar of democracy, cannot say anything because every owner has been bought. It is necessary to think why this situation has arisen. Today, the pillars of the constitution are being made vulnerable in the country. Those who have been given the tasks by the constitution cannot work because the government pressure on one side and fear on the other side has created a situation in the country today. 

Dr. Bhimrao Yashwant Ambedkar further said that foreign presidents/prime ministers/representatives who came for G20 were not allowed to speak in front of the media. When US President Joe Biden went to Vietnam, he told the media about the situation in India that human rights and minorities are not safe in India.

Also, Dr. Bhimrao Yashwant Ambedkar further said in his speech that to scare us, we were told that if you convert, we will file cases against you. But we were not afraid of him. We continued the program of Dhamma Diksha. We are giving Dhamma Diksha by taking 22 pledges and conducting conversion programs.

   There is no census in the country. Voice should be raised on this issue.

Legislation is being passed in Parliament to take away the powers of the Supreme Court.

Dr. Ambedkar appealed that the OBC community will have to fight the battle together to preserve the constitutional rights.

 Principal Speaker YK Thombare recounted many memories of Bhaiyasaheb Ambedkar and how he made Chaityabhoomi and Dikshabhoomi, the Panchayat Samiti Hall and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's statue of Cough Parade etc. He said that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is a University of Knowledge. Also, as Babasaheb Ambedkar said, Now act like a master, don't act like a worker.

He also appealed to the Republican leaders to work for the society while working for themselves.

Captain Pravin Nikhade (Trustee and International Secretary) while greeting Bhayyasaheb said that after Babasaheb Ambedkar, Bhayyasaheb took Dhamma Sanstha all over the country. He also represented in international conferences. Said to be. His son Dr. Bhimrao Yashwant Ambedkar is leading the Buddhist Society of India in India and abroad.

S.K. Bhandare (National Vice President and Staff Officer / Samata Sainik Dal) Bhaiyasaheb Ambedkar got Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's Chaitya Bhoomi and Diksha Bhoomi to the Buddhist Society, for the construction of Chaitya Bhoomi at that time N. M. People deposited money online in State Bank of India in the name of Kamble and two others but nothing was used. It seems that the money is still lying around. But no action was taken regarding it.

But Bhaiyasaheb Ambedkar took the Bhim Jyot from Mahu to Chaityabhoomi and built today's Chaityabhoomi with people's money.Dr. Bhaiyasaheb Ambedkar refused to contest the election on the reserved seat in the elections held after Babasaheb Ambedkar's Mahaparinirvana. K. Mane became an MP and that's all, at the time of his son Anandraj Ambekar's I-I-T admission, he said that since we are Buddhists, we will not give backward class certificate. He also carried forward the social, religious and political revolution of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Therefore Bhaiyasaheb Ambedkar is not only the heir of blood but also said that he is the heir of true thoughts. Bhandare further said that just as Bhaiyasaheb carried forward the social, religious and political movement of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, his grandson Shradheya and. Prakash and Balasaheb Ambedkar and Dr.

On this occasion, Bhante B. Sanghpal Mahathero (National Vice President and Bhikkhu Sangha Chief) offered blessings and Jagdish Gavai (National Vice President), Raginitai Pawar (Deputy Chief of Central Women's Department) paid tributes.

A large number of Buddhacharyas, central teachers, soldiers/officers of all zone branches and their sub-branches were present in this program.
