 फर्रुखाबाद में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर संपन्न

दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया जिला शाखा फर्रूखाबाद यूपी (पश्चिम) के तत्वावधान में  दिनांक 19 मार्च, 2023 को प्रातः 11:00 से सायं 5:00 बजे तक बुद्ध विहार अंगूरी बाग, फर्रुखाबाद में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ।

 तथागत बुद्ध एवं बोधिसत्व बाबासाहेब डॉ अंबेडकर के महान प्रतिमाओं के समक्ष पुष्प अर्पित कर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदरणीय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने शिविर का उद्घाटन किया।

 कार्यकर्ताओं की याचना पर पूज्य भंते जी ने सभी कार्यकर्ताओं को तीन शरण पांच सील ग्रहण करवाएं। भंते संघ एवं अतिथिगणों के सम्मान के बाद केंद्रीय शिक्षकों द्वारा निर्धारित विषय पढ़ाए गए।

प्रथम सत्र में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष/ केंद्रीय शिक्षक राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने  दि बुद्धिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया और उसके कार्य इस विषय पर सखोल मार्गदर्शन किया|

केंद्रीय शिक्षक/ प्रदेश महासचिव आदरणीय राकेश मोहन भारती ने कार्यकर्ताओं की आचार संहिता इस विषय पर उदाहरण सहित बहुत ही विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला।

     दुसरे सत्र मे केंद्रीय शिक्षक/ जिला अध्यक्ष औरैया आदरणीय बालेश्वर दयाल गौतम ने पदाधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी और उनके कर्तव्य इस विषय पर मार्गदर्शन किया |

 प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध ने कार्यालयीन कामकाज और लेखा पद्धति इस विषय पर मार्गदर्शन किया | 

    शिविर की अध्यक्षता जिला अध्यक्ष आदरणीय सियाराम सगर बौद्ध ने की तथा संचालन कानपुर मंडल के महासचिव आदरणीय आर. डी. बौद्ध ने की।

 प्रशिक्षण शिविर में उम्मीद से ज्यादा महिला एवम् पुरुष कार्यकर्ताओं के शामिल होने साथ ही अल्पाहार और भोजन की उत्तम व्यवस्था करने के लिए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सहित समस्त मंचासीन अतिथियों ने प्रदेश संगठक आद विनोद कुमार(जिला प्रभारी), जिला महासचिव आद सुरजीत कुमार नाग,  जिला अध्यक्ष सियाराम सगर सहित जिला कार्यकारिणी की खुले दिल से प्रशंशा की।* 

      प्रशिक्षण शिविर संपन्न होने के बाद मनोगत में सभी वक्ताओं (महिला /पुरूषों) ने जिला फर्रुखाबाद में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर के प्रथम वार आयोजित करवाने पर जिला शाखा की भूरि भूरि प्रशंसा की साथ ही भविष्य में हर शाखा के तत्वावधान में एक दिवसीय कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित करवाने पर विशेष जोर दिया।

  सभी प्रमुख पदाधिकारियों ने मई 2023 में  दस दिवसीय श्रामणेर/बौद्धाचार्य, 10 दिवसीय धम्म उपासीका प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित करवाने  का आश्वासन दिया।

      प्रशिक्षण शिविर में मुख्य रूप से एडवोकेट श्रद्धेया सोनी बौद्ध, शकुंतला बौद्ध, संजू बौद्ध,  बीना दयाल, सचिव कानपुर मण्डल आद सिद्धार्थ प्रकाश गौतम, एडवोकेट प्रभु दयाल, रामकिशन बौद्ध, अमर सिंह, प्रमोद कुमार जाटव सहित भारी संख्या में बुद्ध अंबेडकर अनुवाई एवं धम्म संस्था बीएसआई के कार्यकर्ता शामिल हुए।

जिला फर्रुखाबाद में बौद्ध धम्म के प्रचार प्रसार में गतिशीलता लाने के लिए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदरणीय राजवीर सिंह बौद्ध द्वारा जिला कार्यकारिणी का पुनर्गठन करते हुए अभी तक प्रदेश संगठक के रूप में कार्यरत आदरणीय विनोद कुमार को जिला अध्यक्ष, आदरणीय सुरजीत कुमार नाग को जिला महासचिव, आदरणीय रमेश चंद्र कनौजिया को जिला कोषाध्यक्ष एवं निवर्तमान जिलाध्यक्ष आदरणीय सियाराम सगर बौद्ध को सचिव कानपुर मंडल नामित कर नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे। साथ ही शेष जिला कार्यकारिणी पूर्ण कर अति शीघ्र प्रदेश कार्यालय को भेजने के लिए निर्देशित किया।

One day workers training camp concluded in Farrukhabad

Under the aegis of The Buddhist Society of India District Branch Farrukhabad UP (West), one day worker training camp was successfully completed on March 19, 2023 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Buddha Vihar Angoori Bagh, Farrukhabad.

State President respected Rajveer Singh Boudh inaugurated the camp by offering flowers in front of the great statues of Tathagat Buddha and Bodhisattva Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar.

After the honor, the prescribed subjects were taught by the central teachers.

In the first session, State President / Central Teacher Rajveer Singh Boudh gave a thorough guidance on the subject of The Buddhist Society of India and its work.

Central Teacher / State General Secretary respected Rakesh Mohan Bharti threw light on the subject of code of conduct of workers in great detail with examples.

In the second session, Central Teacher / District President Auraiya respected Baleshwar Dayal Gautam guided on the responsibility of the office bearers and their duties.

With the participation of more women and men workers in the training camp than expected, as well as for making better arrangements for snacks and food, all the stage guests including the State President, State Organizer Ad Vinod Kumar (District Incharge), District General Secretary Ad Surjit Kumar Nag, District President Openly praised the district executive including Siyaram Sagar. ,

After the completion of the training camp, all the speakers (women/men) in Manogat praised the district branch for organizing the first one-day worker training camp in district Farrukhabad, as well as organizing one-day workers training camp under the auspices of every branch in the future. Special emphasis was placed on organizing

All the key officials assured to organize a 10-day Shramner/Buddhacharya, 10-day Dhamma Upasika training camp in May 2023.

A large number of Buddha Ambedkar followers and Dhamma including Advocate Shraddheya Soni Buddhist, Shakuntala Buddhist, Sanju Buddhist, Bina Dayal, Secretary Kanpur Mandal etc. Siddharth Prakash Gautam, Advocate Prabhu Dayal, Ramkishan Buddhist, Amar Singh, Pramod Kumar Jatav participated in the training camp. Organization BSI workers participated.

In order to bring dynamism in the propagation of Buddhism in District Farrukhabad, while reorganizing the District Executive by the State President respected Rajveer Singh Boudh, still working as the State Organizer, respected Vinod Kumar, district president, respected Surjit Kumar Nag, district general secretary, respected Ramesh Chandra Kanaujia was nominated as the District Treasurer and the outgoing District President respected Siyaram Sagar Buddhist was nominated as the Secretary Kanpur Mandal and handed over the appointment letter. Also directed to complete the rest of the district executive and send it to the state office very soon.

State President Rajveer Singh Boudh gave guidance on the subject of office work and accounting system.
