डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरानी दि. २४मे १९५६ ला नरेपार्क, मुंबई येथे आयोजित कार्यक्रमात कार्यकर्त्यांना उद्देशून वरील प्रमाणे भाषण केले आहे.
डाॅ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांच्या भाषणाचा धागा पकडुन दि बुध्दिस्ट सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया तथा भारतीय बौद्ध महासभा जिल्हा शाखा यवतमाळ तर्फे बोधिसत्व बुद्धविहाराच्या निर्मिती साठी 3640 स्के.फुटाचा प्लाॅट 728000/₹ (सात लाख अठ्ठाविस हजार ) रूपयांत खरेदी केला. आज या प्लाॅटची किंमत एक करोड रूपये आहे. यवतमाळ जिल्हा शाखे तर्फे आतापर्यंत 70,00000/₹ ( सत्तर लाखाचे ) बांधकाम केले असुन या बांधकामाची आजची किंमत एक कोटी रूपये आहे. आपल्या सर्वांच्या सहकार्यामुळे आता पर्यंत तीन स्लॅब पुर्ण झाले. त्यासोबत विट जुडाईचे काम /एक हाॅल संडास बाथरूम मध्ये टाईल्स फिटींगचे काम /स्लायडींगचे काम पुर्ण झाले आहे.
सद्या दिक्षाभूमी आर्च चे बांधकाम प्रगतीपथावर असुन वरील हाॅलचे विट जुडाईचे काम पुर्ण झाले आहे.
पुढील काळात छपाई चे काम /ईलेक्टिक फिटिंग जिन्याचे काम तथा ईतरत्र पुढील बांधकाम यशस्वीरित्या पुर्ण करण्यासाठी आपल्या सर्वांच्या सहकार्याची नितांत आवश्यकता आहे नव्हे ती काळाची गरज आहे.
संस्थेचे राष्ट्रीय कार्याध्यक्ष आणि समता सैनिक दलाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आदरणीय भिमराव यशवंतराव आंबेडकर यांच्या निर्देशा नुसार बोधिसत्व बुद्धविहाराच्या बांधकामासाठी आम्ही कोणत्याही लोक प्रतिनिधी कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारचा निधि घेणार नाही. त्यामुळे समाज बांधवानी पुढील बांधकामासाठी जमेल तेव्हढी देणगी देऊन सहकार्य करावे असे बोधिसत्व बुद्धविहार बांधकाम समिती यवतमाळ तर्फे आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.

Dr. Catching the thread of Babasaheb Ambedkar's speech, the Buddhist Society of India and Indian Buddhist Mahasabha District Branch Yavatmal purchased a plot of 3640 sq. feet for the construction of Bodhisattva Buddha Vihara for 728000/₹ (seven lakh twenty eight thousand) rupees. Today this plot is worth Rs. 70,00000/₹ (Seventy Lakhs) construction has been done by Yavatmal District Branch so far and the current cost of this construction is Rs.1 Crore. Due to the cooperation of all of us, three slabs have been completed till now.
Along with that, brickwork work / tile fitting work / sliding work in one hall sands bathroom has been completed. Currently, the construction of Dikshabhumi Arch is in progress and the brick work of the above hall has been completed.
In the future, the cooperation of all of us is urgently needed for the successful completion of the work of printing / electrical fitting, staircase, etc.As per the directives of Honorable Bhimrao Yashwantrao Ambedkar, National Working President of the organization and National President of Samata Sainik Dal, we will not take any kind of funds from any people representative for the construction of Bodhisattva Buddha Vihara. Therefore, Bodhisattva Buddha Vihara Construction Committee Yavatmal is appealing to the society to cooperate by donating as much as they can for the further construction.
